1. Subject of offer

This document is an official offer from LIT-UNITED TEAM LLC to conclude a purchase and sale agreement for goods on loretto.uz under the terms below.

2. Acceptance

Acceptance of this offer is placing an order on loretto.uz. The contract is concluded from the moment the Seller receives order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Uzbek soums and valid at the time of order. Payment can be made in cash on delivery, by bank card, or through the Payme and Click payment systems, including the Click SuperApp mini application. Payment: cash on delivery, bank card, or via Payme.

4. Delivery

Delivery across Uzbekistan. Time and cost agreed with the manager. Self-pickup from retail locations is free.

5. Warranty

All goods: 3-year warranty on appliances, 10 years on inverter motor. Warranty service at authorized Loretto centers.

6. Return and exchange

Returns within 14 days of purchase in original condition, per Uzbek consumer protection law.
